SALES TERMS AND POLICIES

Terms of Sales

• Cash, Cashier's Check, Money Order, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card, Pay Pal, Debit card. 
• No COD's.  Returned check fee: $25.00. 
• Placing an order indicates acceptance of all the terms and policies stated herin.                               

Shipping

• Customer is responsible for all shipping and/or freight charges for refused shipments and this will be added to the invoice total.
• Shipping and/or insurance costs are prepaid.
• All non-first class items will be shipped via UPS Ground (insured),Fed Ex (insured) or United States Postal Service (insured) within the continental US unless customer specifies otherwise.  If insurance is not used per customer request, the customer assumes all responsibility for loss.  Orders shipped outside the continental US will be determined by that which is acceptable to  both Panhandle Online Market and the customer.
• We will attempt to ship all in-stock items ordered within two business days of good funds being received for orders within the continental US.
• Out of stock items will be shipped as soon as available.
• Free shipping on orders of $25.00 or more to continental US
• $10.00 shipping on orders less than $25.00

Backorders

All items ordered that are out of stock items are backordered unless otherwise requestered.

Damage/Loss

All claims for damage/pilferage must be filed with the delivering carrier.  Panhandle Online Market cannot file this for you.  All claims for shortages/mis-shipments/mis-billing must be made within 10 days of receipt.

Disclaimers

Although we try to insure accuracy, Panhandle Online Market cannot be responsible for typographical errors on our Web Site or printed literature.

Merchandise Returns and Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Customer is responsible for all shipping and/or freight charges and a 15% restocking fee for unaccepted or refused delivery shipments. 

Satisfaction Guarantee: We are confident that our products meet the highest standards and are committed to you, our customers satifaction.  If a product has a defect or you are simply not happy with the performance of any of our products which we can't resolve, you can return them for a full refund. Simply contact me at rick@panhandleemergencysupplies  or phone at 304-720-7820.

Note: Free shipping available for the contiguous 48 united states only.  For shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, 15% of cart will be added.  For shipping to other countries 20% of cart will be added.  Additionally you will be responsible for any fees or import tarriffs incurred. A $10.00 shipping fee will be added to orders under $25.00.
